Your privacy
M.G. Timinis & Sons Ltd – as the owner of timinis.com –
is committed to protecting the privacy of our web site visitors and customers
and their personal data. Once received, your personal data are kept safe in our
records via an electronic platform which constitutes part of our company’s
records.
By completing all relevant information for the purposes of
placing an order with us, you automatically consent to the storage of your data
in our company’s records.
We will not disclose or trans print information or any
personal data about our customers to third parties except where it is required
in order to provide a service to you – for example delivery of orders, customer
research or where we have your permission to do so.
We will not forward your name, address, e-mail address,
credit card information or any other personal information you have provided to
us, to any third party (excluding partners of our network of online services)
without your permission.
You may revoke your permission –consent for the keeping of
your personal data in our records, at any time with effect for the future by

Transfers of your data
The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and
stored at, a destination outside Cyprus for data administration and hosting
purposes. This transfer of data and information may be required in order to fulfil
your order, process your payment details or provide other support services.
The best is done on our part to protect your personal data,
but cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to our site against all
risks. However, we can ensure that once we have received your information, we
use our security features to protect your data by trying to prevent
unauthorised access.
If you wish to view, verify or modify the details you have
submitted to timinis.com you may do so at any time, by accessing your account
information section or by contacting us using the contact information provided
on this web site. We request proof of identity (e-mail address and password
submitted upon registration) before we reveal information. You must therefore
keep this information safe as you will be responsible for any action which we
take in response to a request from someone using your e-mail and password. We
would strongly recommend that you do not use the browser’s password memory
function as that would permit other people using your terminal to access your
personal information.
Data that are still required to complete the services
requested by you, especially the performance and completion of orders, cannot
be deleted. The data will be deactivated upon completion of a delivery and/or
refund, and furthermore will be deleted once the company policy for the
retention of data is expired.

Our web site may contain links to third parties. If you
follow a link to any of these web sites, please note that they have their own
privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for
these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data
to these web sites.
We may use user data to create anonymous user profiles for
purposes of market research, advertising or customised contents. As part of
certain marketing activities, our service providers may obtain necessary data
to process orders. They reserve the right to use this information only for
their designated activities and are prohibited from sharing it with

treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
RETURNS POLICY
Rescission of the contract and Returns Policy
You are entitled to return your order placed with us, within
14 days from the day of receipt of the order by you or an assigned third party,
without having to state any reason for the cancelation. You should thus fill
the Return Form (found online here) and submitting it to us by email on [email protected]
within the 14-day period stated above. Once we receive your Return Form, we
shall contact you immediately confirming receipt.
You are obliged to return the items to us within 14 days
from the date you informed us of your intention to return the items. Returns
are to be made in the manner described below.
The right to return your order (in full or partial) will
expire after 14 days from the day of receipt of the order, or if you fail to
send the order to us within 14 days of submitting the Return Form.
- Returns
accepted only if security ribbon remains attached
For returned items, we will issue you with a credit voucher
which you can use to purchase anything of your choice of an equal value from Timinis.com
including any postage costs. The credit voucher issued, is valid for a period
of one month and can only be redeemed at Timinis.com
If you do not wish for a credit voucher to be issued, we can
refund you. The refund will include the purchase price of the item/goods and
all postage/shipping costs (if any) paid by the customer. (Greece/Cyprus)
When returned, the items/goods must be returned in its
original condition which includes all tags and packaging and without being
worn, washed or altered. For health and hygiene reasons we do not accept
returns of underwear. All goods/items will be inspected upon return.
Goods must be returned in one package, using ACS Courier
(for delivery in Cyprus + Greece) or DHL (for worldwide delivery) as the case
may be. At all times, you should hold proof of returning the order, since we
might require you to provide us with records of dispatch to us. You will be
responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the
item to you in error, or if the item is faulty.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our
warehouse, therefore please ensure that they are properly packaged and that you
keep your proof of postage.
Items/Goods must be returned to us at:
Timinis Offices. Archiepiskopou Makariou III, 250-275 ,
Limassol, Cyprus
All returns will be processed once we have received and
checked the items. You will be notified by email.
Refunding the Purchase
Once the return has been checked by our team and a refund is
possible, you will receive an email regarding the returned items. We will
refund you as quickly as possible and provided the returned items/goods bear
the characteristics set above. Please note:
The refund is always credited to the purchaser’ s account.
The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your

PLEASE NOTE THAT:
- Goods
are offered subject to availability. In the event of non-availability of
goods, we reserve the right to rescind the contract.
- Prices
and manufacturers specifications are subject to change without notice.
- Claims
for damaged goods must be notified within 24 hours of receipt. Please
inspect goods immediately.
- Orders
delivered may be subject to a delivery charge, click here to see Delivery
Conditions.
- Signing
upon delivery for goods means that you accept the goods into your care,
and that they have been received complete and in undamaged packaging. You
have the right to refuse damaged or incomplete parcels.
- We
do not deliver to P.O. Box numbers.
- The
company policy is to dispatch goods within 48 hours of receiving your
order and/or confirming payment, however, this can vary subject to
availability of stock. Times quoted are made in good faith, but shall not
be binding. M.G. Timinis & Sons Ltd cannot accept responsibility for
transport delays causing late delivery.
- Late
delivery does not entitle you to refuse or cancel the order.
- The
user will indemnify M.G. Timinis & Sons Ltd against all claims,
liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees which may
or may not arise out of the use of information of any kind contained
within this web site.
- We
do not accept any returns or exchanges of items purchased from Timinis.com
in any of our other stores.
- All
approved returns will be credited as soon as possible in the account and
payment method as used for original purchase.

DELIVERY INFORMATION AND SHIPPING COST
Delivery Conditions.
- Delivery
in the areas controlled by the Republic of Cyprus:
Timinis Online delivers the products you have purchased, in
all areas controlled by the Republic of Cyprus, using ACS COURIER.
M.G. Timinis & Sons Ltd – as the owner of Timinis.com-
has a written & signed agreement with the above mentioned couriers
regarding delivery of items.
Orders can be delivered:
- Delivery
at your door by the above mentioned courier – Free of charge
- Pick
up at courier’s office in your town – Free of charge
Timinis Online ensures each purchase during the time it is
in transit, until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We
require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for
your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient for
delivery purposes (for example as a gift) who is not yourself, then you accept
that evidence of a signature by them (or delivery at that delivery address) is
evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Timinis.com, and transfer of responsibility
in the same way.
Orders will be dispatched as soon as the payment is
confirmed and are usually delivered in max 2-5 working days at an agreed time
of your choice. You will receive a call from the courier to confirm the time of
delivery.
Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays and Bank
holidays.

Delivery Methods
Delivery at your door by the mentioned courier. Please see
the ACS Courier Delivery Zones for available locations for delivery at your
door. If your location is not listed in these zones the courier will contact
you to agree the point of collecting your goods.
You can track your order at www.cyp.acscourier.net by
entering your waybill number in the Track and Trace.
Your parcel will be delivered between 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Monday to Friday. The courier will contact you beforehand to confirm the
delivery time.
2. Worldwide delivery:
Timinis.com also delivers the products you have purchased,
worldwide, using DHL courier. In this case, shipping expenses will be
applicable, and you will be required to pay the relevant fee relating to the
country you wish for the order to be delivered.
